Approach

I began by writing the film synopsis and developing the tagline and six word story to solidify the plot and tone of the movie. I then created a mood board to translate these themes visually.

I chose to use the style of a neon sign to represent youth and vitality, as well as fragility. I created six illustrations that tied into the themes of the movie, each with a variation that flickered for a moment.
